Pamela Howard – Founder, Faceliftology®
Faceliftology is Pamela Howard’s vision, passion project, and life’s work. What began as her dream to create the most honest, patient-centered educational resource on facelift surgery has grown into the trusted go-to site for thousands of people considering facial rejuvenation.
As a Plastic Surgery Marketing Strategist with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the industry, Pamela brings authentic, insider knowledge to the content on Faceliftology. She curates the site’s educational guides, drawing from real-world experience that few others can match.
A Lifetime Dedicated to Plastic Surgery & Patient Care
Pamela’s journey in plastic surgery spans decades and continents. She began her career working directly with the legendary Dr. Ralph Millard, serving as Executive Administrator for the Dr. Ralph Millard Plastic Surgeon Society & Education Foundation. In that role, she helped advance surgical education and techniques that continue to shape modern facelift surgery today.
Alongside Dr. Paul Howard, she served as Office Manager, Senior Patient Coordinator, Marketing Director, and Surgical Scrub in their thriving practice. She has prepared hundreds of patients for facelift procedures, assisted in the operating room during deep-plane and SMAS facelifts, coordinated pre- and post-operative care, and supported patients through every emotional and physical step of their transformation.
Beyond private practice, Pamela ran the New-Face Foundation, the non-profit founded by her husband, Dr. Paul Howard, dedicated to helping children born with facial deformities receive life-changing reconstructive surgery. She also traveled on numerous international surgical missions, assisting surgical teams in delivering care to patients who otherwise would have no access to medical treatment.
At Faceliftology
Pamela’s mission is straightforward: to give prospective patients the clear, realistic, and empowering information they need to make confident decisions. Because she has lived every aspect of the patient journey — from scheduling consultations to standing scrubbed in the OR — she knows exactly what questions real people ask and what concerns truly matter.
She believes an educated patient is a happier, more satisfied patient. Welcome to Faceliftology.
